The answer is... yes! You can ask your buyers to perform a bank transfer by enabling jumper's manual payment methods. To do so, bank transfer feature has to be enabled from the dashboard. This can be done as: store setup > payment methods and scrolling down to Manual payments.



For manual payments, a introductory fee of US$ 1 per month is charged to your card. If there is no credit card on file, you will be required to enter your card details to enable manual payments

Enter your bank transfer instructions

To instruct your customers to pay via bank transfer, enter the button name. For example, "Pay via bank transfer" or "Use Bank Transfer". This is what will appear in the chat flow as an option. Note: keep the Button Name text limited to 20 characters or less.

Secondly, you need to provide your bank account details in the Bank Details box - make sure you these details are complete and accurate - as these details would be visible to your customer once they select the bank transfer payment mode.



Since in this method, the money will be directly transferred to your bank account, jumper will not know the status of payment and you will need to track this manually.
