Shipping settings for your jumper store can be configured on the order level, in two ways:

Total amount of order (price): this is useful when you provide shipping prices based on the total amount of the order. For example, Free Shipping for orders over $50.

Total weight of the order (weight): this can be used where the weight of the products ordered will determine the price. For example, from 1kg to 10kg, shipping can be set at $7.95, and 10kgs to 15 kgs at $12.95

If you configure shipping rates by both methods, the rate by price will be applied as default
Currently, all shipping settings are configurable at the order level. Item specific settings will be introduced at a later stage

Let us walk you through how you can set this up step-by-step. Once logged in to your dashboard, head over to business settings > shipping settings.

Once you're on the Shipping page, click on Add shipping zone

Shipping Policy

While setting up shipping rates is key, it is important to also make your shipping policies clear to your customers and provide them information on how much can they expect to pay for shipping, and the estimated time it takes for them to receive the products. A quick few pointers on what you may wish to include:
shipping prices and method of shipping
international shipping information
restrictions (e.g., no shipping to PO boxes)
average shipping timelines

To set these up, you need to head over to business settings > policies. Enter the policy text in the Shipping policy text box and hit save. That's it 🤟
